Who Should Apply?
This program is open to EESA members who meet one of the following criteria:
- Undergraduate Electrical Engineering students
- Postgraduate Electrical Engineering students
- Early-career Electrical Engineers with less than 5 years of experience
What to Expect
The program typically runs over 3-4 sessions spanning 1-2 months. While the exact dates are not yet confirmed, it will take place in the second half of the year. Mentors and mentees meet regularly, with meeting formats and schedules decided collaboratively by each mentor-mentee pair.
In this program, mentors serve as guides, focusing not on what they know, but on what the mentees want to achieve. Mentors share their experiences along a well-travelled path, offering advice, support, and a trustworthy sounding board. Mentees are encouraged to initiate discussions, ask questions, and contribute their knowledge as well.
