About the EESA National Mentoring Program

The 2024 Electric Energy Society of Australia (EESA) National Mentoring Program empowers young and upcoming engineers to flourish in the ever-challenging and rapidly evolving Australian and worldwide Electric Energy industry.

It provides mentees with the opportunity for professional development, reflection, challenging the status quo and raising self-awareness. As a national organisation, with members in all Australian states and in all areas of the Electric Energy industry. EESA’s Mentoring Program is an opportunity to build your networks within that industry.

EESA provides this mentoring program as a benefit to its members which is one of the many reasons for joining EESA.

For this year’s program, we aim to connect mentees with mentors in the same state.

You can be sure it’ll be a positive experience as we know some mentees continue to seek advice and guidance from their mentors, even after the program is finished!

To participate in the program, mentees will need to complete an Expression Of Interest (EOI) which we’ll review to determine who will participate in the program, as places in the program are limited.

Don’t hesitate. Complete your EOI today. We look forward to welcoming you to EESA’s Mentoring Program - you’ll be glad you applied!
