Jose Moreira – General Manager Grid Software, Siemens Australia

Mr. Moreira has held roles within Siemens in Australia, Europe, and Americas. These roles include Business Development Manager in Germany, National Manager for Energy Automation and Smart Grid in Mexico and since the start of 2020.

He has been the General Manager of the Grid Software business for Siemens Australia overseeing the business in Australia and New Zealand for grid simulation software (PSS), metering data management (EnergyIP), grid control (Spectrum Power) and an very talented electrical consulting team of Power Technology International (PTI). 

Vignesh Srinivasan – Strategy Leader, Schneider Electric

Vignesh Srinivasan is the Strategy Leader in the Power Systems Division of Schneider Electric, working to drive digitised power distribution solutions and decarbonise operations.

At Schneider he has worked in Pacific and Global roles across Sales , Solution Architect, Governance, Project Management, Commissioning and Tendering with a focus on continuously improving efficiency and reliability in operations.

As a strategy leader he collaborates actively with end users across mining , transportation, utilities, renewables, defence, healthcare and data centres on providing sustainable and smart substations. He has a passion for providing innovative solutions to the supply and demand challenges caused by the introduction of DERs, Electric Vehicles, Storage ( Battery and Hydrogen) to the grid with real time data drive driven solutions. Vignesh enjoys promoting the benefits of electrification and sustainability's as a coach at in the industry, universities, and schools
