About this event

Fortress Resistors are an Australian company dedicated to the design and manufacture of power resisters and associated products.  They operate from our production facility in Melbourne and are proud to offer a wide choice of designs to meet power industry needs.  With expert engineering and a broad product range, Fortress Resistors supports local and remote clients by being quick, responsive, and knowledgeable about applications and the latest requirements of standards.

In collaboration with the Electric Energy Society of Australia (EESA), Fortress Resistors invites members of the Electrical Engineering industry to the Braeside facility.  The visit will provide insights into the range of power products manufactured onsite as well as enable participants to see the facility firsthand.

Special instructions

Attendees must comply with the following PPE for the site visit which includes:
- Safety-capped shoes
- Hi-viz vest or clothing
- Safety Glasses

Note that PPE is non-negotiable, your own PPE must be used.
