The Electric Energy Society of Australia (EESA) National Mentoring Program is a program committed to empowering young and upcoming Engineers to flourish in Australia's Electric Energy industry.
Mentees will be connected with experienced Mentors who will assist your personal growth and together you will be contributing to a culture of positive learning that supports the capability of engineering in the industry today and in the future.
This program is an Australia-wide initiative offering space and opportunity for professional development, reflection, challenge, and self-awareness. Unique to EESA, this is the opportunity to build networks within government and private enterprises in Australia’s Electric Energy industry. Mentors and Mentees will be matched based on their professional objectives, backgrounds, and interests. We encourage you to take up this opportunity to build your mentor relationships virtually and expand your network to wider Australia.
Eligibility for Mentees:

Must be a member of Electric Energy Society of Australia (EESA)

Undergraduate Electrical Engineering students

Postgraduate Electrical Engineering students
-
Electrical Engineers with less than 5yrs of Graduate work experience

Personally commit to attend all three sessions.

Positions in the Program are limited so get in early. Registrations close by 5:00pm AEST, 30th May 2023
Applications are reviewed by the Program Committee and successful applicants will be contacted by the first week of June.
