About this event
Modifying earthing systems around existing substations requires a careful and structured approach to testing, to ensure nearby assets are not exposed to hazardous voltages.
These presentations will focus on key testing practices used during modification works, including pre-installation checks to confirm the existing site is safe, and post-installation testing to assess transfer hazards, check continuity, and develop an accurate understanding of fault scenarios.
The session will conclude with a Q&A followed by networking. Light refreshments and soft drinks will be provided. The event will be held in person in Melbourne CBD and streamed online via Teams.
