CALL FOR ENTRIES FOR THE 2023 EESA WA PROJECT POSTER COMPETITION
The WA Chapter of the Electric Energy Society of Australia is calling for entries for the 2023 EESA WA Project Poster Competition. This competition offers prizes for undergraduates (Bachelor's Degree) and postgraduates (Master’s Degree and PhD). In addition, Western Power Corporation sponsors the WPC People’s Choice Award and API sponsors the API Best Undergraduate Project Poster Award and the API Best Female Project Poster Award. The prizes will be awarded at the 2023 Next Generation Technology Project Showcase & Awards.
ELIGIBILITY
We welcome entries from students in the following subjects:
Electrical Power Engineering
Electronic Engineering
Renewable Energy Engineering
KEY DATES
Student entries close: Fri 12th Sep
Poster submissions due date: Tue 19th Sep
Delegate registrations close: Fri 22nd Sep
HOW TO ENTER
Register for the competition by Friday, 12th September 2023. Be sure to include essential details such as your university, thesis supervisor, project title, and abstract.
The competition committee will assess all registrations, and applicants will receive confirmation of their acceptance into the competition if their project aligns with the competition's scope, which is centered around electric energy.
The deadline for completed poster submissions is Tuesday, 19th September 2023. As part of the submission, we kindly request that you include a 5 to 6-minute video providing a detailed description of your poster.

WPC People’s Choice Award
